How it Works
When Automaton runs a test for you, it sees more than what you were testing. With every test, Automaton is exposed to multiple potential problem areas that could be useful in diagnosing any issues that are discovered.
With this release, you’ll now have access to the same data that Automaton sees when running the test. That way, you’ll have a complete picture of why things went wrong.
Since Automaton retrieves more than just the one field you instructed it to check when it reaches into your system and checks a piece of data, it can provide a wealth of other related metadata that could be useful in diagnosing any problems that are discovered.
Enhanced logs allow you to:
- Get the full context on your lead/contact the moment a CX fail was detected.
- See your site at the moment a CX fail was detected.
- Download the email that failed and see for yourself what went wrong.
